This is a metacircular evaluator in two parts:

qoppa.scmcontains Scheme code to implement Qoppa, a tiny language of fexprs / operatives. -
prelude.qopis a Qoppa library which implements enough Scheme features to runqoppa.scmwithin the Qoppa evaluator.
