Nosqlclient Versions Save

Follow-up from https://github.com/nosqlclient/nosqlclient/releases/tag/4.0.0. This contains two hotfixes:

• The index creation with TTL as a number.
• Randomly losing connections to replica sets due to using an old version of EJSON

This release is just to keep new commits as a docker tag. We don't have time to build electron packages sorry about that, so no desktop distribution is supported now, just docker builds. Feel free to join slack channel and ask or raise an issue
