Update deprecated .RSSlink to .RSSLink

Updates in this release:

• changed dependency management for amp-elements
  • There is a new file called amp-modules.json with all the links to the appropriate source in the data folder.
  • This makes the keys ampCdnRoot, ampRelease and ampElementsVersion obsolete
  • The element amp-sticky-ad made this change necessary because its the only module using a v1.0 instead of v0.1
