Fixed 2 major bugs:

1. When expanding table, detail rows were not being hiden
2. Paging state for current page was lost when resizing table

long overdue release which includes some new demos, performance enhancements and widely requested pagination limiting functionality

Bug fix release. Made some improvements around table width checks. Fixed critical bug in add-ons when using more than one table on a page - update asap.

Almost a complete rewrite! Every aspect of FooTable has been improved to cater for better programmability. Demos are now awesome with built in documentation!
