Set up

Install the virtual environment with conda and activate it:

$ conda env create -f environment.yml
$ source activate example-project 

Install exampleproject in the virtual environment:

$ pip install --editable .

Run Jupyter Notebook and open the notebooks in notebooks/:

$ jupyter notebook
