Fixed the bug when scrolling body on Firefox (#24)

• fixed an issue when dragging was not disabled after removing the dragscroll attribute and calling dragscroll.reset() (#4, #12)
• added nochilddrag attribute support to keep an opportunity of selecting the content
• removed event propagation suppress

• compression imporved;
• micro version dropped (normal version is micro enough).
