fixed the Big Sur catalog URL (11.6.1 now appears in the list)

this app has worked for downloading the Monterey Install Assistant before, but now it does it better added an icon for Monterey and it should now use the correct software catalog URL
some UI fixes so the app should work better with VoiceOver (probably still not perfect)
