deepStats: a stastitical toolbox for deeptools and genomic signals
Two new tools are brought by this update:
dsComputeGCCoverage and dsComputeBEDDensity. The names are pretty self explanatory, check the wiki for more info: https://github.com/gtrichard/deepStats/wiki
Also some dependency fixes for dsCompareCurves.
In this new release, a galaxy wrapper with proper documentation for dsCompareCurves has been added. This documentation will serve as a scaffold for the upcoming Wiki.
Some small bugs have been fixed, notably the wrong display of dsCompareCurves Wilcoxon plot significancy threshold area when the values are all lower than the said threshold.
Substantial dsCompareCurves improvements and Galaxy Wrapper introduction.
