Changes since v1.0.1:

• Implemented ipctakeover for bosshaxx. See README.
• Config handling changes.
• Implemented a custom cmdhandler for HTTPC.
• The user-config is now loaded from the "user_config/" directory instead of a fixed filepath. The original user_config.xml is moved into this directory automatically. This allows using multiple user-config .xml files.
• The config URL is now loaded from "url_config.txt" if it exists, otherwise the default is used. See README.
• Various other changes.

This just updates the Let’s Encrypt RootCA cert used with yls8.mtheall.com. v1.0 is not usable any more due to this.
